ABOUT THE EUROPEAN FILM FORUM

The European Film Forum (EFF) is a structured dialogue with stakeholders, which aimes to develop a strategic policy agenda for strengthening the audiovisual industry in the digital era.

With the cultural and creative sectors undergoing a profound transformation (especially after the coronavirus crisis), dialogue is crucial in order to build a common vision by exchanging on recent developments, by focusing on the challenges of the present and the priorities for the future, and by exploring opportunities for recovery and transformation via innovation.

The sharing of knowledge and best practices through the EFF also contributes to building a common understanding of the current situation of the sector, which helps to shape the priorities for Creative Europe MEDIA and the way it operates in order to maximise impact, and to formulate policy recommendations and actions, such as the Media and Audiovisual Action Plan.
